Josh Berry will join the DP World Tour for the 2026 season after securing his playing rights through the HotelPlanner Tour’s Race to Mallorca.
Josh’s step up was confirmed following the Rolex Grand Final supported by The R&A – which was won by James Morrison.
Josh secured 13th place in the season-long points race after winning his first event on tour at the Kolkata Challenge at Royal Calcutta Golf Club in March – where he came through a four-man playoff to lift the trophy. He backed up that performance in his next event, the Delhi Challenge at Classic Golf & Country Club, finishing second after narrowly missing out in a playoff for the title.
He went on to record a T6 finish in the Hero Indian Open on the DP World Tour before picking up top 10 finishes in the Raiffeisenbank Golf Challenge (T9) and D+D REAL Czech Challenge (T8). Josh also had a T2 finish in the German Challenge powered by VcG in July, before he ended the season with a T8 finish in the Rolex Grand Final at Club de Golf Alcanada in Spain.
Meanwhile, James sealed a fairytale return to the DP World Tour after securing victory at the Rolex Grand Final supported by The R&A – as JC Ritchie topped the Road to Mallorca rankings.
Englishman James signed for a two under-par final round of 70 to reach 15 under-par for the week at Club de Golf Alcanada and win by three shots from Italian Stefano Mazzoli. The 40-year-old climbed 30 places on the Road to Mallorca rankings to end the season in sixth place in the points race. The two-time DP World Tour winner became the seventh Englishman to win the Rolex Grand Final after Marco Penge (2023), Nathan Kimsey (2022), Matt Haines (2010), James Hepworth (2006), Richard Bland (2001) and Ian Garbutt (1996).
