Consett & District’s Jessica Dorritt led the field in the first Ladies Scratch Open at Heworth Golf Club.
The event was launched this year and coincided with the men’s Keith Shivers Bowl at Heworth. Jesscia, the Northern Golfer Ladies Champion of Champions winner in 2024 and 2025, topped the leaderboard with a one under-par round of 72 as Stacie Morton (Hobson) finished second, and Emily Baxter (Houghton-le-Spring) was third.
