The members of Ingleby Barwick Golf Academy – led by captain Will Bunn and lady captain Pauline Allday – raised £13,784.38 for the Alzheimer’s Society in 2025.
The club hosted fun golf days and a race night; three members took on a 72-hole golf challenge; six men did the 3 Peaks Challenge; one female member completed the Great North Run; and another female member walked 28 miles in 28 days.
The final event of the year was the club’s annual ball – which brought the fundraising to an end and added more money to the incredible total.
