Qualifying events for this year’s Faldo Futures are set to take place across the region in April. The events welcome boys and girls between 7-12 years of age to compete in qualifiers between March and May. The event winners then head to their regional finals – with the North East final set to take place at Matfen Hall on Thursday May 29.
The series culminates at the Futures Final in August, which is part of British Masters week at The Belfry.
Qualifying events will take place at venues across Northumberland, Durham, Yorkshire and Cumbria, including Kendal (Sunday March 30), Kirkby Lonsdale (Friday April 11), Tyneside (Sunday April 13), Carus Green (Tuesday April 15), Barnard Castle (Wednesday April 16), Blackwell Grange (Wednesday April 16), Longhirst Hall (Thursday April 24), Beamish Park (Friday April 25), Cottingham Parks’ Skidby Lakes Course (Sunday April 27), and The Northumberland (Sunday April 27).
