Morpeth-based David Clark won the North East & North West PGA’s first Northumberland Coastal Links Pro Am hosted by Alnmouth Village and Warkworth golf clubs.
David shot a three under-par total across the two nine-hole courses on the Northumberland coast to lead the field as five players – George Cowan, Alex Dixon, James Wilson, Craig Goodfellow and Gavin Hay – finished two shots back in a tie for second place.
David’s three under-par score helped his team from KB Engineering – including amateurs Kevin Beaney, Gary Potter and Malcolm Hall – win the team title on countback with 86 points.
