A team of juniors from Blackwell Grange Golf Club will represent Durham in a national final after winning the PD Cowell Trophy at Heworth.
The team of Leighton Hunter, Tobias Slade and Jack Sowerby topped the leaderboard with a nett score of 12 under-par in the DCGU Juniors event. They retained the trophy the club won last year and earned the chance to represent Durham in the English Junior Champion Club event at Woodhall Spa in August.
