Two-time Northumberland county champion – and Northern Golfer’s Aug/Sept 2026 cover star – Ben Brown picked up the third win of his college golf career as he led the field in the EWC Fall 2026 Invite at Cottonwood at Torrington.
Ben – who returned to the US for his second year at Eastern Wyoming College having won the second of his back-to-back Northumberland County Championship this summer at Morpeth – led the field with rounds of 67 and 69 for an eight under-par total and a six-shot victory.
Backworth and Bedlingtonshire member Ben also led the EWC Lancers to a 10-shot victory in their home event.
