Bedlingtonshire’s men’s team have lifted the Hadrian League trophy for the fifth time, and for the first time since 2012, following an impressive campaign.
Unbeaten this season, the team completed the win with an 11-1 home victory over Tyneside to wrap up the league title with a week to space. To-date, they have amassed 127 points from a possible 156 in 13 games.
The team will go on to represent the Hadrian League in the annual Dixon Cup event, facing off against the winners of each of the North East’s men’s leagues, at Castle Eden on September 21.
