DP World Tour member Andrew Wilson returned home and topped the leaderboard in the North East & North West PGA’s Darlington Pro Am.
Andrew, who shot a course record 62 to win the event in 2024, shot 63 for a seven under-par total and a three-shot victory over Darren Crowle as three players – Chris Hanson, Jack McCall and Martyn Stubbings – finished two shots further back in a tie for third place.
In the team event, amateurs Mark Pattinson, Michael Pattinson and Stephen Easby teamed up with Chris to win with a 20 under-par score of 92 points.
