Swedish golf apparel brand Abacus Sportswear has unveiled its Spring/Summer 2025 Polo Collection – which has been designed to deliver cutting-edge performance and unmatched style.
The new collection introduces innovative technical garments, offering golfers comfort and functionality while making a bold fashion statement. Featuring a range of contemporary designs crafted from high-performance fabrics, highlights in the collection include the introduction of Drycool technology and the all-new Aloha UV Series – ensuring golfers stay cool, dry and protected from the sun’s harmful rays.
Designed to maximize comfort and mobility, many of Abacus’ latest polos incorporate Drycool technology – a state-of-the-art material that wicks moisture away from the skin to the fabric’s surface, allowing perspiration to evaporate quickly and ensuring golfers remain cool and dry, even on the hottest days.
The Drycool polo line now includes a large proportion of shirts made from a soft, stretchy 100% recycled polyester piqué fabric, and the collection comprises a diverse range designed to meet the demands of golfers in sizes S-3XL.
The Dunsten polo (RRP £49.90) features an all-over print complemented by a solid knitted collar and sleeve cuffs. The Walton polo (RRP £59.90) delivers refined, timeless elegance with its subtle contrast pattern across the chest, knitted rib collar, and three-button front placket. The Belton polo (RRP £54.90) features a stylish contrast-coloured knitted rib collar and cuffs, paired with a sleek zippered neckline. With its unique triangle tone-in-tone all-over print, the Tumble polo (RRP £54.90) makes a bold statement while maintaining classic appeal.
Meanwhile, the Aloha UV Series is designed for golfers who spend hours in the sun, or even when playing in cloudy conditions – when protection against harmful UV rays is essential. The line of short and long-sleeved polo shirts is available for men and women, and provides UPF 50 sun protection without the use of chemicals. The state-of-the-art UV defence is achieved through a high-density yarn that maintains its protective properties even after repeated washes.
Designed with a sporty half-zip and stand-up collar, the Aloha UV Halfsleeve (RRP £49.90) features all-over block colours and contrast colour accents on the shoulders and sides. Made from lightweight, stretchy polyester, this polo combines built-in UV protection with Abacus’ Drycool and ventilation technology to keep you cool and comfortable.
Offering the same UV 50 protection, the Aloha UV Longsleeve (RRP £59.90) is crafted from breathable, stretchy fabric with a polo collar and a half-zip. Featuring a stylish contrast stripe along the sleeves and across the back, this top also offers extended length in the back for a comfortable fit.
