Set in Thrybergh Park, the course at Rotherham Golf Club was originally designed by Open champion Sandy Herd before being modified by James Braid. The tree-lined fairways and slick greens on this 6,378-yard layout have tested golfers for more than 100 years, while the most recent course changes led by architect Jonathan Gaunt have improved the bunkering and runoff areas greatly.
