Are you out of sequence? Struggling with your tempo, balance or weight shift? If you are, here’s a great drill for you.

Set up to the golf ball with your feet together. Start your backswing and as the club goes up, take a step away from the target with your back foot. As you reach the top of your backswing, lift your front foot up, then, as you make your transition, stamp your front foot back into position and swing through. This is a great drill to exaggerate your weight shift and sync up the movement of your body and the club – you should feel more connected in no time.
