Seaham’s Neil McGann won the North Durham Union of Golf Clubs’ captains and past captains event at his home club – lifting the trophy with 38 points after beating Thomas Trippett and Stuart Tuthill on countback.
The Kevin Lillie Trophy for the nearest the pin on the 13th was won by Chris Smith from South Shields, while South Moor’s Paul Soulsby won the longest drive on the eighth.
