Morpeth’s David Clark tops a packed leaderboard in the North East & North West PGA’s Pro Series after three events.
David – who has had second place finishes at Alnmouth and Barnard Castle as well as a seventh place finish at Tyneside – is closely followed by Alnmouth winner Ken Ferrie.
Mark Ridley is in third place after sharing top spot at Tyneside with Wilhelm Marklew, while Barnard Castle winner James Wilson is in fourth place. Wilhelm competes the top five at the halfway point in the series.
The Pro Series continues next week with a visit to Penrith, before concluding with events at Bedlingtonshire and Castle Eden in May.
